Bio:
Vladimir Von Kanon was raised in the freezing Russian town of Tiksi as an only child; his Russian mother working as a general store owner and his German father working in a hotel in a nearby city. He lived in Tiksi until the age of eight. At that point his father died and his mother became an alcoholic, so his grandmother took him into her custody at the capital, Moscow. Vlad suffered from numerous unexplained illnesses throughout his childhood years, but he somehow managed to push through to reach his goals. By the time he reached the age of 27 he had qualified as an Olympic gymnast on the Russian team, when he was suddenly and inexplicably diagnosed with leukemia. His grandmother feared the worst for him until two mysterious men came to her door explaining they could cure him. He was soon sent away— to Black Ghost, where he was actually cured, but for an unforgivable price.
He is one of the five fastest-produced cyborgs in the history of Black Ghost, so he was immediately given the CHLOROPHYLL program and engineered within two days (the other four are CARNAGE [C22], MAGMA [C23], SULFUR [C24], and INDIGO [C26]).
C25 is one of the only two Pigment cyborgs for whom a program is never activated. Although he’s a genius, he has an acrid view of the world, and he considers fighting as a weapon for Black Ghost as a kind of job, as long as he receives adequate pay. Black Ghost has agreed to pay him, and they have never had to activate CHLOROPHYLL since C25 was finished.
