Bio: The first child of many to his mother (Russian, thus his accent), Viktor experienced four fathers before he had turned ten. By the time he was eighteen he had seven brothers and three sisters. three days after his eighteenth birthday, his mother kicked him out of their small house, and he was left to fend for himself. Black Ghost workers lured him up off the streets with a 'job offer'.

He was meant to be a half-scout for other "willing volunteers", but doesn't really do that much anymore. He reports in when he feels he needs too.
