Bio:
When Heidi was young she was affected by a diease that paralyzed her from the waist down, after that she spent most of her time painting in the rehabilitation ward. Later on when she was about seven, one of her paintings made it into a famous Holland measeum and it started a fund called the "Heidi Marlene fund for crippled children.".
When she reached her eleventh birthday she became even more ill, and was sent to a special hospital no one but certain doctors knew about. It was there she was the new subject to the 00-cyborg project.

Cybernetic Ability:

Controling Plants - Scientist inject her with a straight chlorophylic substance effecting her dna, then adding certain metals to make her powers work. She likes to make vine and flower swings!

Talking to Animals - The Scientist added a specail trasmitter to her that lets her talk to animals.
