Personality: Reese is a very anti-social and a lone-wolf type of person. He loathes partaking in social activites, even if it's simply talking to people. He has very few friends and even they are heavily aware of his cold demenor. He has a very pessimistic outlook on life. He's extremely sardonic and cold, doing his absolute best to keep others from acknowledging his exsistence. All in all, he just wants to be left alone. Or does he...?

Bio: Coming from a broken home, Kyle's parents weren't the best. Always arguing and sometimes physical fighting, the life quickly took it's toll on young Kyle. He became a cold hearted person with little to no ability to care about others. He amancipated himself as soon as he turned sixteen and somehow ended up at a military school. Here, Kyle discovered his natural talents(as well as his nickname). Reese is particularly skilled in two things; hand-to-hand combat and card playing. Unofrtunately for him, Black ghost took an interest in him around this time. Shortly after leaving his military school, Black Ghost came and took him away, leaving no evidence as to what happened.
Cybernetic Ability:

Atom Manipulation
- Phasing: Kyle has the odd ability to manipulate his atoms in werid ways and thus can phase through objects, organic or not. Organic objects are harder for him to phase through than non-organic however.

- Cloaking: Although not intended, Kyle discovered that he can manipulate his atoms in such a way, that he will basically become inivisible to the naked eye. However, his invisibility does not cloak his sounds, body heat etc. and can be tracked with the right equipment.
